Inspired by products from the Mediterranean Sea, we choose fresh fish based on seasonal availability and sea conditions. The sea proposes and we cook, selecting fish in the best auctions because nature has its times and we respect them. You can taste raw fish for a quick aperitif or more refined first and second courses cooked in our Pira charcoal oven, as well as numerous other proposals. You will find vegetables, aromatic herbs, seaweeds and spices in original combinations. We pay particular attention to ‘pesce azzurro’, a group of several healthy, oily fish species that best represent Italian fish. Its excellent properties are used as the drawing board for our chef’s creativity.
