Born in the heart of Rome, our restaurant aims to bring a traditional and contemporary cuisine using the qualities the sea has to offer us.
An intimate restaurant in the historic Via Belsiana, in the heart of Rome, a stone’s throw from the Spanish stairs, offering 35 seats and a bar counter.
Inspired by products from the Mediterranean Sea, we choose fresh fish based on seasonal availability and sea conditions. The sea proposes and we cook, selecting fish in the best auctions because nature has its times and we respect them.
